For I heard a robin, who was calling her this way.
We noticed them both early Saturday morning -- picking up things here and there -- tucking and stuffing. They worked all day -- and built this! It's only about six feet off the ground (I hope a cat doesn't get it). As Bill stood on the rock at the base of the tree and peeped in, he exclaimed, "It's lined with one of your anti-bacterial wipes! Can't you keep your trash off our grass?!" They also found a pretty blue ribbon!
They went away for about a week. They must have been watching from across the street because each time we would get near it, a couple of birds in the park would squawk like crazy!
Now she sits most of the day, and he stays close. Bill lifted J to peer in -- promptly reporting ONE BLUE EGG!
Hey, we have a tree big enough for a nest!
